We are VERY excited to announce that K Pop star Rumi will be joining us on Friday 31st July to kick start the summer holidays!

Let your little ones sing & dance along to the films iconic hits & enjoy some pop demon inspired games & activities. We encourage children to dress up as their favourite character - are you more of a Rumi, Mira or Zoey? Our Tipi food truck will be open, so whilst they’re entertained, why not relax & enjoy an uninterrupted catch up with friends?

The event is 15.00 per child & includes a Tilbury kids lunch box.

Just a little snippet behind the foodie scenes of T & R’s beautiful May wedding ✨

Their menu celebrated the best of the season, starting with family-style sharing starters of treacle cured rare beef, asparagus & wild garlic mayo, & cured salmon, salmon belly rillettes, Jersey Royals & watercress.

For the main event, guests enjoyed a showstopping BBQ feast featuring beef brisket, buttermilk & miso fried chicken, stuffed Romano peppers, summer salads & more.

Dessert was the perfect finale: an incredible Banoffee brownie trifle & a classic Pavlova.

A visual recap of the last week’s Greek & Turkish inspired wine dinner. The heat wave really was the perfect accompaniment to the evening! Guests favourites & standouts had to be the deep fried prawn pitta (keep your eyes out 👀 for this one’s return), squid kofta & chef Mark’s outstanding orange filo cake.

Today’s the day for the return of our Tipi Sundays & the beginning of our partnership with The Kids' Table UK ! We’ll be serving our signature BBQ plates, tantalising burgers plus our summer garden roast & yorkie burger. It really is a day for the whole family.

The countdown is on for our first Sunday session with The Kids' Table UK in The Tilbury Tipi. The Kids’ Tables will be on hand from the 28th June, 12-4pm to host supervised crafts, activities & games, making sure your littl’uns are entertained in between courses.

Our food truck shall be open delivering our signature BBQ plates, tantalizing burgers plus our summer garden roast & returning Yorkie burger! It’s a Sunday lunch out that guarantees the whole family is happy.

We all have a guilty pleasure & here at The Tilbury the team are partial to a jalapeno popper! So, it only seemed right that this side dish got a bit of a Tilbury facelift.

We’ve taken one big Padron, filled it with our jalapeno cheese filling & cased it in beer batter & oh boy have we created something tasty.
