Kitchen Porter Vacancy (Weekends).
A successful candidate should have the following skills and qualifications to perform their duties effectively:
* Ability to communicate/ provide assistance to the Kitchen Managers, Cooks and customers as needed.
* Attention to detail, excellent time management and critical thinking skills.
* Excellent chopping skills and food preparation.
* In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations.
* Receive deliveries and organise them in the kitchen
* Clean and maintain cooking equipment like cookers, pots and food mixers
* Clean the entire kitchen once it is closed to ensure it is ready for the next day
* Maintain the food storage areas like freezers and refrigerators.
