I’m really excited to announce that Smokey Barbeq is teaming up with Dinner at Marias for a night of barbecue, live fire and great food.

On 27th November 2026, we’re bringing you a one-off Fire & Smoke Feast — combining low-and-slow smoking with live-fire cooking and a menu built around some of my favourite BBQ techniques and flavours.

From 8-hour smoked beef cheek and Carolina-style pulled pork, to butter-bathed smoked turkey, fire-baked Aussie damper, elote and more — it’s going to be a proper feast.

I've put up a flurry of supperclub dates that take me up to the end of November, tickets available from Eventbrite the link is in my bio. My diary is free in December for festive gatherings, if you're booking a get together or works do give me a ring. That's two tech foodie events done and dusted. It was a pleasure cooking for the cast of East is East, it's a lovely looking set and there's still a few seats left for this gritty northern epic.
I'm off for a couple of weeks now and have listed some supperclub dates taking me right through to the end of November, as always tickets available via Eventbrite link in bio.
