This is an amazing opportunity for the right chef to create something special with us at the Sunnyhurst Pub and grow the Sunnyhurst Kitchen 🍻
The response since we introduced a café menu at the Sunnyhurst pub has been fantastic, we've exceeded our targets week after week, plus held sell out "w**e and dine nights" in the evening on the third Thursday of the month.
Now is the time for us to look for the right chef who can extend our offer.
Other commitments mean we don’t have the time to do this ourselves, but we’re convinced there’s a great opportunity here.
This could be introducing a weekday teatime menu, more regular theme nights, and extending weekend food serving times beyond the current 3pm.
We are already receiving bookings for funerals and other celebrations, plus there's an opportunity for external catering, takeaway and delivery.
Who we are looking for? 👩🍳👨🍳
A chef with a great ability to turn out a high quality and delicious menu for our locals, walkers, Sky sports fans and to attract new customers.

The Pub has 40 covers inside, a b**r garden at the rear and benches to the front - increasing capacity to around 70 seated
