Oysters x Champagne-method c***r x Terrace. 🦪

The pop-up oyster bar has been rocking and rolling this weekend. Alongside them, Find & Foster's ch*****ne-method c***r: second fermentation in the bottle, exactly how ch*****ne is made, and a match made in heaven paired with an oyster.

And today, Matt & Polly are here in person to pour it and tell you how they do it.

The c***r that started all this. 🍎

Find & Foster make c***r in Devon, the slow way. The short version of how we met: Matt & Polly had a big batch come back from a cancelled order, rang James to ask if he had any ideas, and James said "leave it with me." The Crafty Mussel opened not long after.

Their ch*****ne-method c***r gets a second fermentation in the bottle - the same way ch*****ne is made - which is exactly why it belongs next to an oyster.

So, for Regatta weekend (Fri 28 – Sun 30 Aug) we're putting the two together. Pop-up oyster bar on the terrace, shucked to order, all three days.

And on the Saturday, Matt & Polly are joining us to pour and talk you through how they make it.
