🍎 A Taste of Normandy with Maison SASSY

SASSY is proudly Norman, not Breton! (Although we love our Breton neighbours! 🥰) The brand celebrates Normandy’s rich c***r-making heritage with a fresh, contemporary twist.

Bonjour à tous,

Just a little different post today.

As most of you already know, Billig et Rozell, my creperie restaurant in Dartmouth, is now for sale, and I'm looking for the right new owner to take over this very special little place.

It's a really warm and friendly space, full of character, great crepes and wonderful customers.

I am moving towards some exciting new projects and a new chapter a bit closer to family.

For now, nothing is changing and we're still here as usual.

I would be delighted to see the story continue and to find the right new owner to carry on as it is, or someone who would like to create their own concept within the space, that is very possible.

If you've ever dreamed of starting a new adventure and becoming part of the beautiful world of hospitality, maybe this could be the opportunity for you.

If you know someone who might be interested, I'd really appreciate you sharing this post and helping find the right person to continue the story.
