🇪🇸Rosa's Spanish Kitchen is HIRING 🇪🇸
Seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Deli shop assistants.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality deli products.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, a friendly disposition, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
Full training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, provide exceptional customer service, and work efficiently.
Vehicle availability will be taken into account for making some deliveries but it's not essential.

Duties:

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their deli selections.

- Prepare and serve a variety of deli products, including meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, and hot/cold beverages.

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the deli area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Operate deli equipment safely and efficiently.

- Handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.

- Restock products as needed to ensure availability for customers.

- Collaborate with team members to provide a seamless shopping experience.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional manner.

Experience:

- Previous experience in a deli or food service environment is advantageous but not essential.

- Strong communication skills are required;

- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

- A friendly attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer service is essential.

- Willingness to learn new skills related to food preparation and safety practices.

- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends.

Job Types: Part time, Flexible hours.
Shop opening hours from 11am to 5pm pm, Tuesday to Friday, and from 11am to 9pm Saturdays. Sunday and Monday closed..
Competitive salary based on age and experience.
