❤️ A HEARTFELT MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY ❤️
It is with very heavy hearts that we announce Royal Tandoori, 52 London Road, Dartford, will be closing its doors on Sunday, 4th October 2026.
This is an incredibly emotional moment for us and our family.
Royal Tandoori has been part of our family for nearly 30 years. For almost three decades, it has been so much more than simply a restaurant or a business to us. It has been a huge part of our lives and our family’s story, filled with countless memories, friendships, celebrations, laughter and special moments that we will always treasure.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of welcoming generations of wonderful customers through our doors. We have watched families grow, celebrated birthdays, anniversaries and special occasions with you, and built friendships that have gone far beyond simply serving food.
That is why, after nearly 30 years, saying goodbye to Royal Tandoori is truly heartbreaking for us. ❤️
We want to personally thank every single person who has supported us throughout our journey — whether you visited us once, came every week, ordered a takeaway, recommended us to your friends and family, left us a kind review or trusted us to be part of your special occasions.
We will never forget your support, loyalty and kindness.
But although one chapter is coming to an end, our journey is far from over.
We are moving forward together at our bigger venue, The Adaalat Lounge (The Old Court House), located in the heart of Dartford Town Centre:

And most importantly, we want all of our loyal customers to know that although the location and name may be changing, the things you know and love are coming with us.

You will continue to see the people you know and enjoy the same food you have loved at Royal Tandoori — only now in a bigger and more spacious home.
Moving to a larger venue gives us the opportunity to grow, bring new ideas to life and take everything we have learned and loved about Royal Tandoori with us.
We have many exciting plans, projects and new ideas to come at The Adaalat Lounge (The Old Court House), and this bigger space will allow us to create something even more special for Dartford and our wonderful customers.
There is so much more to come, and we cannot wait to share the next chapter of our journey with all of you.
Although we will be saying goodbye to Royal Tandoori, the family, passion, hospitality and love behind it will continue.
We are not disappearing — we are simply moving into a bigger home with bigger plans for the future. ❤️
To all of our loyal Royal Tandoori customers, we sincerely hope you will continue this journey with us at The Adaalat Lounge (The Old Court House). It would mean the world to us to see the familiar faces who have supported our family over the years walk through our new doors.
