Echo 3 may look a bit different over the next 6 weeks or so due to Helen needing some time off.
Helen is due to go into surgery this weekend to have a hysterectomy to try and get top of her endometriosis. She has been struggling with this for a number of years (hence why some of you have asked why she looks so tired recently! It's a killer!!!)
We are sharing this as we feel knowlege leads to understanding. We are an extremely small team and although Kris and Becca are more than capable running the shop during opening times it's the jobs that happen behind the scenes which there won't be enough hours in the day to be completed by 1 person.
Therefore the opening times may be different, the baking will be different, there may not always be the products you are used to available.
It's scary when you work for yourself, even scarier when you work for yourself and need to take an extended time off due to your health so please be mindful it's impacting us as much as it's impacting you and we will be trying our best over the coming weeks to keep the cogs on the business moving.
We will be closed from Saturday 9th May to Friday 15th May, hoping to reopen on the 16th May.
