Had my first complaint at the new shop tonight!
Let a guy off with 50p as he didn’t have enough then he rang the shop 20 minutes later to tell us the fish was lovely but was NOT happy at all with his free scraps as they were to BIG? And there wasn’t enough of them?
Told us he will not be coming back because the scraps are to big!
That’s a first for me 😂😂😂😂

We will be open on Monday the 31st... Happy Halloween! Everyone!!!!!!!!! I cant share or post anything about the shop as fb wont let me unless i pay unfortunately... But I will be setting up a new page for the shop asap.
