We've got some exciting news, our staff and volunteers have been working hard over the weekend to get our building ready to welcome back guests safely. Our cafe will be open for inside seating between 12pm-2pm weekdays from tomorrow!

We have moved our cafe seating area downstairs to make lots of space for social distancing. When you arrive someone will greet you at the door and take you through to your seat where they will serve you a delicious selection of drinks, light lunches, scones and cakes.

The room is well ventilated, airconditioned and light and spacious. We look forward to welcoming you back.

We had a double milestone today Mrs R taking delivery of Cafe Refresh 6,000th hot meal and receiving the 3,000th Well Wishes card and bag of treats including chocolates, biscuits and toiletries donated by Queen Elizabeth Sixth Form College Interact Club - thank you all involved

We're back! We're going to be running an open air cafe outside of Bradbury House between 12pm and 2pm Monday to Friday starting this week! Unfortunately we're not able to offer inside seating just yet but we would love to see you.

We'll be running a limited menu of Sandwiches, a daily special along with home baked cake, scones, tea and coffee.
If you're in town and fancy a light bite come and join us.

Takeaway also available.

The Age UK Hot Meal delivery service will be remaining open over the weekend to make sure that older people continue to recieve a hot meal. If you're over 70 or 50 and over and have been told you need to shelter because of a health condition, you can access this service by calling 01325 741492

Coronavirus has left many people feeling lonely or isolated, our Good Friends befriending service is here to help those in Darlington, Harrogate, Richmondshire, Hambleton & Craven.

Our highly experienced and trained team will help match people to volunteers who can make a regular phonecall or write letters to ensure that everyone in our area has someone to talk to. We can also help make sure that they can access hot meals and shopping too.
