Walworth Castle has been booked exclusively for a private event on Saturday 18th July and will therefore be inaccessible to the public for the day.

We look forward to welcoming guests again from 11am on Sunday 19th, when Sunday Lunch will be served as usual from 12-5pm.

Thank you for your understanding, and we'll see you back at the castle soon.

We're Hiring – Weekend Terrace Bar Person 🏰

The terrace at Walworth Castle has become one of the most popular spots around for drinks in the sunshine, and with ongoing investment across the estate, there's plenty more to come.

To keep up with demand, we're looking for an Experienced Weekend Terrace Bar Person to join the team.

The role:
📅 Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday
🕚 11am – 7pm
💷 From £13 per hour
🍺 Serving drinks and creating a great atmosphere on our stunning castle terrace

You'll be right at the heart of the action, pouring pints, mixing drinks and chatting with guests against the backdrop of a 12th-century castle. Not many bar jobs come with a view like ours!

What we're looking for:
✨ An experienced bar person – this is essential
✨ Friendly and reliable
✨ Weekend availability every Friday, Saturday and Sunday

Swipe to see what happened to our chef's speciality Snickers 👀

Peanut butter parfait, milk chocolate, peanut nougat... and not much left on the plate a few minutes later.

Then there's the Vanilla Panna Cotta with rhubarb, ginger beer, and honeycomb.

Or the Dark Chocolate Torte served with cherry ice cream and Kirsch marinated cherries.

The problem with the new dessert menu isn't choosing whether to have one...

It's deciding which one.
