🎉 The countdown to Cockerton Community Carnival is almost over! 🎉

Over the past few weeks we’ve introduced you to our incredible singers, talented performers, fantastic bands, amazing artists, community groups and the wonderful volunteers who’ll be helping everything run smoothly on the day.

Our fantastic stall holders! 🛍️

From delicious food and drink to unique gifts, local traders, charities, community organisations and family attractions, there really is something for everyone. This year we’re not only filling Cockerton Green, but we’re also extending into Cockerton Village, so make sure you explore everything on offer and support our brilliant Cockerton-based businesses.

Be sure to visit the Cockerton Community & Business Group stalls too. Every penny raised goes straight back into our local community, helping us organise events like today’s carnival, improve our green spaces, support local projects and continue making Cockerton an even better place to live. Your support really does make a difference. ❤️

Be prepared for a tear with this one 😭🥰

When we first starting serving aiden he would run in the house and mam or dad would have to come to the ice cream van for his ice cream, he would wait at the door way... I would wave 👋... no wave back... my mission was to get a wave 👋 one day!!!
Over a year of waving one day aiden waved back at the door way... omg iv never been so happy 😊...

Fast forward more waves and slowly coming closer and closer to the van with family members, i got him to ask for his own ice creams , then coming on his own, parents in the back ground, he even made his own ice cream one day and now whispers secrets to me...
Aiden has stolen my heart on this journey and is the most sweetest little boy, so to get this letter from him is amazing... you already have passed your interview and can have a job when your old enough...
