The shed is stocked and the stuffed cookies are back!! 😋 🍰

Lots of lovely fresh stock today, including some gluten free options. Open 9am-8pm today.

Today we have, cookies, brownies, GF Lemon Drizzle, GF Chocolate Brownie, Cookie Pie and then the current internet craze dot cakes (not sure why they are a craze but there very nice) 🤣

I think this weeks menu is one of my FAVOURITES so far 🤩

Lots of newbies making an appearance this week so hopefully there will be something for everyone! We will only be open THURS-SAT this week 10am-8pm as there is a village fete on on Sunday where cake is available so make sure you pop over to support!

Then… the specials:

The famous ‘Matilda’ Chocolate Fudge Cake, inspired by the HUGE chocolate cake Bruce Bogtrotter has to eat in Roald Dahls Matilda! 5 layers (unfortunately couldn’t fit more in these boxes) 🤣 of chocolate cake sandwiched with homemade chocolate ganache! Give it 10 seconds in the microwave to make it even better 🤤inspired by the wonderful Emma Bakes Darlington who reminded us it existed!

Then… Sticky Toffee Pudding Cake, I’m very proud of this one, sticky toffee cake with homemade toffee sauce, and sticky toffee buttercream 😋

AND finally… Malteser Cookie Pie, this is the ultimate sweet fix, a cookie dough base filled with Malteser spread, chopped Maltesers, then a layer of dairy milk spread and chopped dairy milk, topped with a cookie dough lid 🍪 and even better the size of the slices can last you forever! 🤣
