Today was Beth’s last day. She flies back to Australia on Monday. We hope she’ll be back one day soon!

We’ll miss her Scottish accent that’s mistaken for Irish at least 4 times a day and we really can’t understand unless she talks slowly! Her tales of raving and her pining for Oz.

Saxon is once again bereft…why does everyone keep leaving her?! 🤭

Acorn Halloo-moo Grilling Cheese makes every difficult day end well.

It doesn’t hang around long once it’s off the cooker. (The dog is not getting any btw.)

We can not consume our Halloo-moo cheese stocks without your significant help.

Through every major holiday, we have spare milk with no home. (Refer to Jan newsletter.)
So…now our spare, organic milk is sent in a tanker to Appleby Creamery, where Maurice & Tom turn it into our Halloo-moo Grilling Cheese and also a soft lovely Brie.

To sell our milk at a sensible price, we now need to make and sell cheese in the holidays!

Thank you to everyone who has ordered some so far or placed standing orders.

If every doorstep customer ordered two blocks this summer- our problems would be solved!

We share this picture as we know many customers are not yet familiar with grilling cheese and how to enjoy it. Simply grill, fry or bbq chunky slices on 2 sides…then sit down and guard it from everyone in the house. 🤗

Well it’s weekend and we love all our canine visitors. Today we welcome Maverick into the clan. 15 weeks old and the BESTEST boy, he was so well behaved for his first cafe visit. He’s a Bernadoodle so he’s got some grow to do a f we can’t wait to watch him
