PFMC is looking for a caterer for one of our camps
🎺 3 meals a day, for 50 people who are camping in tents and participating in an outdoor music camp
🎺 Nutritious, delicious, wholesome, simple food
🎺 Newly built kitchen and lovely spaces in the stunning walled garden in which to work and relax through the week, plus plenty of musical entertainment on offer!
🎺 Dates Monday 7 - Saturday 12 August 2023
🎺 Fee £150 day
🎺 Location nr Eryholme, North Yorkshire
🎺The post is intended to be non-residential so ideally should have a car/van.
🎺 Experience is a bonus but not essential! Tell us what you need to make it work and we will support you.

We’re getting that old buzz back from being in the kitchen again. Today’s menu from us and includes - cauliflower, spinach and lentil curry, Leek & Tarragon tart, roast vegetable pasta bake with wild garlic pesto, beef & pearl barley stew and Thai chickpea curry with noodles. YUM ! 💙💙💙💙

Whilst we put plans for our next pop-up on hold and are excited to be joining the initiative started by Sarah Roberts of and our mutual friend to cook weekly meals for NHS workers at South Tees Hospital Trust - inc James Cook, The Friarage and other smaller community hospitals in our area.

This is a not-for-profit scheme started by Sarah to help keep our amazing North East doctors, nurses and NHS staff fed with delicious, hot meals whilst on the front line of the fight against this virus.
