When you love cooking so much, you make tornado omelette fried rice at 6am because you can’t get back to sleep.

This is a huge hit in Asia and my family have been to various places to eat it. It’s fried rice covered in a massive twirled omelette and a Demi glacé gravy.

The kids really enjoyed their breakfast 😝
