Lamb kofta kebab, assembled by us then cooked on an open flame, tzatziki, feta, Greek fries & lettuce

Gyros Fries - lamb or chicken, tzatziki, feta, pickled red onion

Chicken gyros, changed a bit now from last time because it too, is now cooked on an open flame. Same stuff is in at as the lamb one.
