I'm baking pizza and pizza twist with six beautiful young ladies today. Learning new skills in a friendly environment and feeding not only your body, but your soul is a MUST experience.

I love sharing my passion about food, people and travelling and teaching here at is an absolute pleasure. 😍

This Monday I will be making tortilla from scratch and then preparing tacos with three young people. In the afternoon I will work with 19 kids from the area educating them about fresh food and cooking. What a life! 👌

We are so excited to announce THE VERY FIRST event at our new (second) location - The Happy Place Upstairs! Cannoli and prosecco evening!🥂

Yes, it's located at at 39 Blackwellgate, Darlington (the old Mr Hutton's)!

We'll show you how to make fresh ricotta filling for delicious Sicilian cannoli while you are enjoying a glass or two of Prosecco.

Then you will make a full a box of ricotta cannoli to take at home. Absolutely fantastic evening to attend on your own, with friends or family. £30 per person. Spaces are limited.

Carmela Sereno taught our students yesterday how to make a few beautiful short pasta shapes. Like Gnocchetti sardi. This one comes from Sardinia and it goes great with sausages, saffron and tomato sauce. 👌
