Our kitchen has been flat out every morning at 5am this week. We have made chilli , venison bourguignon,chicken jalfrezi and madras. Countless pies and suet puddings. Cut a whole deer as we do every week. Who says this is winter food 🙈. Also Sankeys fish mongers from Tunbridge Wells are delivering fresh crabs , scallops ,mussels , sea bass , salmon fillets, skate wings and lemon soles every day. We are busier than we ever imagined and thank all our loyal customers and hope to see you all soon. Booking advisable. From The Swan team 🦢❤️

We have a band in the garden for Lucy’s birthday today. The band will be finished by 9.30 pm so that we don’t annoy the locals. Any one that fancies it come watch the band all welcome. 🥳🎉🍺☀️

Fresh crab, mussel’s,sea bass, salmon fillet ,scallops and skate delivered in this morning from Sankeys in Tunbridge wells. Come try our vast fish menu. You won’t be disappointed unless we have already sold out. We have a delivery every morning Tuesday to Saturday 🐟🐟

Beautiful weather forecast this week☀️. Come experience beautiful views fresh fish 🐟 every day. We are now open for food everyday all day. Food served 12-9 mon - Saturday 12-8 Sundays.

We have roast lamb, pork, beef and chicken as well as all our pies , suet puddings and pork belly as a roast if you wish. Our full menu is also available. Open for food 12 til 8 today. Thank you everyone for being understanding about us closing early for our staff outing.

Just a polite reminder to all our lovely customers. Whilst we are experiencing these kind of temperatures just bear with us. All staff are under a lot of pressure. We are a small team. Only 2 chefs of which only 1 works at any one time. Girls out front have a lot of distance to cover. I can tell you our kitchen has hit temperatures of 48 degrees 🥵. We will strive to deliver all your needs as fast as we can. Come and enjoy the beautiful garden and views. 🍺🍴🌅
