Ale and Pate ice cream parlour is a family-run business named after our daughters Alessia "Ale" and Paola "Pate". Our story began in 1999 when we decided to move over to Scotland and start our business in the fish and chip industry. Then in 2003, we took over a small fish and chip shop in Dalgety Bay and since then we have been working hard to satisfy our customers and establish a good reputation. After 17 years we had the opportunity to expand our business and we decided to bring a piece of Italy to Scotland. We spent a year working on this project, and now here it is. Ale and Pate
"pasticceria, gelateria artigianale, caffetteria and more". In 2020 we expanded our menu to now offer freshly cooked breakfasts, lunches, and our popular selection of foods from the Dalgety Fish Bar. Our aim is to make all our customers feel welcome. So join us, sit back, relax and enjoy our good quality food, artisan ice cream, and Italian cakes with a hot coffee and a beautiful view.
