Another fantastic evening at our final Quarry Kitchen Chinese event โ and what a way to round things off.
The reviews from guests were superb and thoroughly deserved. Max, Andrew and Archie did an outstanding job running front of house, welcoming guests, keeping everything flowing smoothly and creating a brilliant atmosphere in the restaurant.
In the kitchen, Daisy, Ryan, Maisy, Libby, Nell and Molly worked brilliantly as a team, alongside Michelle and Fiona from The Thistle Inn - Crossmichael producing some fantastic dishes and keeping service running like clockwork. A big thank you as well to our S6 helpers, Mrs Walkinshaw and Jean whose support behind the scenes helped make the whole evening run so slickly.
It really was another smooth, professional service and a great example of the teamwork, effort and pride our young people put into these events.
Well done everyone โ a smashing evening and a perfect way to bring our Quarry Kitchen Chinese nights to a close!
