Jacques’ Table is a small ‘hidden’ restaurant
offering an alternative dining experience. Set in the little hamlet of Sinclairston in the
heart of Ayrshire sits the converted ‘old’ school
where Jacques and Sylvia have opened their
home to people who would love to experience
eating great food in a chilled atmosphere. They are also about bringing people together,
creating a convivial atmosphere for
people to
relax and enjoy without the buttoned-up feel of
some fine dining restaurants. You will not pay
over the odds for fabulous food and, you bring
your own wine! Authentic French food, made with passion
and love is on offer, based on classical French
concepts as well as the rural restaurants of
France. They use fresh seasonal products that
are locally sourced where possible; all served up
within a private relaxed setting. Every mouthful
is homemade from scratch including the yummy
chocolate truffles, petit fours and ice-cream! Jacques is French born and a classically
trained chef with many years’ experience
working in some of the best hotels in Paris as
well as executive chef at the French Embassy,
London. Now semi-retired with a lasting
passion for creating scrumptious food,
Jacques now runs this little ‘Supper Club’ with
his partner Sylvia. Dinner:
