Sometimes, I get customers who message me late at night,
This is absolutely fine,

However what is not fine is people sending me question marks at midnight, or writing on my business page that I’m a scam because I haven’t replied to your message at 3am,

I’m a normal person like everybody else, who also goes to sleep like everybody else does.

Behind this business I’m also a single parent & homeschooling my SEN child,

and I just don’t think it’s fair people complaining at me/ sending me question marks, threatening to tell the world on social media that I didn’t answer your message when it was sent to me at 3am,

I can receive between 150-200 messages on here, WhatsApp, Facebook, business Facebook, TikTok, business TikTok, a day, all with a different order, task, or for wedding cakes that needs designing, so please bare this in mind before you start sending me abuse

I always try and respond as quickly as possible and most of the time the replies are instant,
My main priority in this business is making sure my customers and any potential customers are happy and looked after.
