Hi everyone, itโ€™s Numan from Bilash.

I just wanted to take a moment to personally apologise to anyone who was affected by what happened with our tandoori oven last night. Unfortunately, due to some issues it left us unable to use it for a period of time, which resulted in some cancelled orders and delays to both our dine-in and takeaway services.

It also put a lot of pressure on our team, who had to make last-minute changes to dishes.

Thankfully, Iโ€™m pleased to say the problem has now been fully resolved and the oven is back in perfect working order.

As a small, family-run restaurant, the last thing we ever want to do is disappoint our customers or refuse service, especially over a busy Bank Holiday weekend. Unfortunately, on this occasion, it was completely out of our hands.

So, from myself and the whole team at Bilash, Iโ€™d like to say a heartfelt sorry to anyone affected.

Thank you for your patience and understanding we really appreciate it, and we hope to see you again very soon.
