Part-Time)

We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic person to help run our busy office.

Key responsibilities:

* Processing customer orders and entering them onto the computer system
* Managing and organising stock orders
* Answering phone calls and dealing confidently with customers
* General office administration and support

Requirements:

* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
* Confident and professional telephone manner
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

* Experience with social media management
* Content creation and advertising/marketing skills

Hours:

* Starting at 3 days per week
* Opportunity to progress to a full-time position for the right candidate

Main duties include:Serving customers with a smile 😊 Cooking and prepping food,Cleaning and keeping the bakery looking its best,food retail experience is a must.cook must have cooking experience/ working on a large scale.confectioner / cake decorator must have experience.
