WE HAVE A BREWERY & TAPROOM!
4 weeks since opening and honestly… what a ride it’s been.
Every week we’re learning something new, listening to our customers, and slowly building what we genuinely believe could one day be the best taproom in Devon. Bold claim. Watch this space. 👀
Now, a lot of you seem to think I’ve been doing this solo. Let me fix that.
Luke is a very good mate from Uni, brewery builder, head brewer, co-owner, and the man who stops me spending all the money. Oh, and he does all of this while living in Oxford and working full-time as a product engineer. Started home brewing 6 years ago, scaled it up ten-fold, and now we’ve got a proper brewery in a village that I’ve always believed deserves its own taproom. Chivenor, North Devon.
Chris & Ella, two good mates from Braunton in 2021 who I couldn’t be happier to have running front of house. These two disappeared for years travelling the world, spent a week skiing in Japan earlier this year, worked a taproom season in Hakuba… and somehow ended up exactly where they’re meant to be. Couldn’t write it.
