✨ A Fresh New Chapter at The Vault 327 ✨
New menu launching 1st August
We have some exciting changes happening at The Vault!
We are preparing to introduce a beautiful, fresh and exciting new menu, and we are also delighted to be welcoming our new General Manager in August. There is lots more to come, so keep an eye on our social pages for updates. 👀🥂
We are also very proud to announce two exciting promotions within our kitchen team.
Our Head Chef Mo has been promoted to Executive Chef, as he begins an exciting new chapter within the company.
We are equally delighted to announce that Sachin has been promoted to Head Chef. Sachin has been part of our company for many years, and we are incredibly excited to see him step into this new role and lead the kitchen into The Vault’s next chapter.
A huge congratulations to both Mo and Sachin on their well-deserved promotions. 👏🍽️
As we focus our opening hours around the times our guests visit us most, our new opening hours are effective immediately:
Monday: Closed
Tuesday–Thursday: 3pm–10.30pm
Friday: 3pm–11pm
Saturday: 11.30am–11pm
Sunday: 11.30am–9pm
Any existing lunchtime or early-morning bookings will, of course, be honoured.
New offers and dining times
🍽️ Our popular £18.95 set menu will now be available as an Early Dinner Menu, Tuesday to Friday from 3pm–5pm.
🥞 We will continue serving brunch every Saturday and Sunday until 3pm.
🍸 2-for-1 cocktails will now be available Tuesday to Sunday, from 5pm–7pm every day.
Our late licence remains in place, and we will continue to accommodate selected late dinners, celebrations and special events.
