*Road closure - Monday 11th to Friday 15th May*

To facilitate a new water main connection to the Housing Development opposite The Shop, there is a road closure in place for the above dates.

A map is attached showing the location of the road closure which is positioned just south of the entrance to the Parish Hall site and The Shop. This means vehicular access will not be possible when approached from Broughton Hackett and beyond.

Access will though remain available from the main Crowle Village side from Church Road and Bredicot Lane.

*In excess of £1,500 raised for Prostate Cancer Chairity at Big Breakfast/Brunch*

As part of The Shop's Community Fundraising programme, we held an event on Sunday, 22nd February, at Crowle Millennium Hall to raise funds for a Prostate Cancer Charity.

The event was well supported by the local community who as well as enjoying the excellent food on offer enjoyed each other’s company.

The event was very kindly funded by our sponsors:-

- Feckenham Garage – Bacon.
- Badsey Butchers – Sausages.
- Richard & Caroline Temple-Cox – Marmalade.
- Joan Goodman – Baked Beans.
- AA Salt Services Ltd – Butter.
- Happy Chucks – Eggs.
- Tapcast – Black Pudding.
- Lisa’s Country Kitchen – Hot Drinks.
- The Shop & Café at Crowle - Hire of Village Hall.

Thanks also to Lisa, our Joint Shop Manager, and our fantastic team of volunteers for organising and managing the event.

Well done all!
