Apologies but we will be closed on Saturday 5th September 2026 due to staffing, our newest member Elsa just hasn’t got the knack of washing up or making hot drinks. Clearing tables she’s brilliant at though!

We apologise but will be back open Monday 7th September at 8.30am as usual.

Oh yes it’s true ☺️

Yes we are open on bank holiday Monday, just for you, 10-2pm, whether you want breakfast (served until 12md only Monday), or lunch served 12-2…. Our special will be roast chicken( veggie option too), potatoes and veg with apple crumble. Normal menu available also, cream teas, freshly made sausage rolls.
Come along and join us, booking might be an idea. Hopefully the weather will be kind and you can sit in the garden ☺️

Elsa and Max say HI 🥰

It’s been a strange week, a few days off with the puppies, graduation of our youngest daughter, some health bits and lots of time spent with hubbie. Back to work tomorrow( have been doing some bits 😂). The weather is warming again so we’ve got some cooling units in the shop to help. Tuesday we will be in to serve you with breakfast from 8.30am and lunch, cakes and hot drinks throughout the day.

Yes it’s Thursday I know but we have a special special ☺️

Yes we serving lunch today although it’s Thursday, due to unfortunate circumstances we missed yesterday.,
Homemade beef burger with tomato, lettuce and onion in a soft white bap. Served with tattie tots, what’s not to love 🥰.

Lots of other goodies today also ❤️
