Christmas day Menu 2026 at the Smith's 🎅🎄🎁 for sit down & takeaways.

Complimentary Drink on Arrival if you are eating in our restaurant/ bar area.

Starters:-
Roasted Tomato & Red Pepper Soup,
Vodka & Winter Berries Smoked Salmon Parcels stuffed with Boursin Garlic & Herb Cream Cheese,
Duck Parfait with Cranberry, Red Wine & Port glaze.

Main Event:-
Traditional Crown of Turkey,
Sliverside of Beef,
Three Fish Roast (featuring Fresh fillet of Salmon, Smoked haddock loin & fillet of Scottish Sewin) served with a Lemon & Parsley Sauce,
Chestnut, Wild Mushroom, Tarragon & Cheddar Wellington.
All main meals will be served with seasonal vegetables, pigs n blankets, Golden roast potatoes, honey glazed Parsnips, Truffled glazed Carrots, Homemade yorkshire pudding, Leek, Onion & Thyme Stuffing.
All the different Gravy & sauces will be homemade.
