🏏 2nd XI TEAM ANNOUNCEMENT 🏏
Our 2nd XI are back in action on Monday evening as we welcome Ryhope to Crook Town Cricket Club for a match held in memory of former Chairman David Greener.
Leading the side is skipper Lewis Formosa, who will be hoping to guide the lads to another strong performance on home soil.
This squad has everything — flair, power, passion and plenty of quality throughout. With both Lewis Formosa and Harry Muse enjoying excellent seasons, Crook fans will be hoping the pair can continue their impressive partnership in the middle.
There's no shortage of attacking options either. Lewis has plenty of weapons at his disposal with the ball, while the batting line-up is packed with players capable of changing a game in a matter of overs.
A special warning to anyone parking on Dawson Street — when Geoff Morgan gets going, no window is truly safe... just ask some of our neighbours! 💥🏏
Chris Elmes brings a wealth of experience and know-how to the side and will be looking to continue his strong form for the 2nd XI.
