This evening we have so much going on at the White Horse and Harry's Bar.

Our new menu is delighting guests from near and far and continues for lunch and dinner.

We'll also be showing the England v Spain Nations League game this evening, on the terrace from 7.45pm (you might want to bering a coat for that one)

Over at Harry's Bar we've got a double header of music with Ryan Elliott's Olly Murs tribute followed by an all 80's and 90's party, all starts at 7pm.

We couldn’t launch a brand-new seasonal food menu without giving the desserts a refresh too… and there are some absolute beauties on this one. 🤍🐴

Whether you’re finishing off dinner, popping in for something sweet with a coffee, or you simply believe dessert should always be ordered first, we’ve got you covered.

🍂 OUR NEW AUTUMN & WINTER MENU HAS ARRIVED! 🍂

Today’s the day… our brand-new Autumn & Winter Menu launches at The White Horse! 🤍🐴

As the nights start drawing in, we’ve put together a menu packed with proper seasonal flavours, comforting favourites and a few new dishes that we think you’re going to love.

Some of the highlights include…

🔥 Slow Cooked Pork Belly – BBQ sauce, creamed potatoes, Tenderstem broccoli & crispy pork skin

🐟 Roast Cod Loin – smoked haddock chowder, samphire, trout roe & dill oil

🦞 Crab & Lobster Tortellini – San Marzano tomato sauce, king prawn & herb oil

🍄 Wild Mushroom Risotto – king oyster mushroom, tarragon oil & aged Parmesan

🥓 Smoked Bacon Chop – celeriac purée, mustard sauce, fondant potato & Savoy cabbage

🥩 And of course, our Fillet, Ribeye & Sirloin Steaks, with all our meat supplied by the award-winning H.V. Graves of Briston.

We’ve also introduced a new selection of light bites, including our WH Club Sandwich, Brie, Bacon & Chilli Jam Toastie and Beer-Battered Cod Sandwich, alongside our hand-stretched 12" sourdough pizzas. 🍕

And there are plenty of favourites still on the menu too — from our Beer-Battered Cod & Chips and WH Bacon Cheeseburger to our Pie of the Week and Hanging Chicken Skewers.

24 MONTHS… WHERE HAS THE TIME GONE! 🤍🐴

Looking at these before and after photos of The White Horse, it’s hard to believe we’ve now been open for two years.

When we took the White Horse on, we had a clear vision: to make a significant investment into the property, create somewhere East Runton could be proud of and bring something a little different to the village.

Fast forward 24 months and The White Horse has been a huge success, far beyond what we could have hoped for.

And we didn’t stop there…

Just over a year ago we opened Harry’s Bar next door, creating a completely different offering focused around live music, entertainment, sport and a proper community atmosphere. HB has gone from strength to strength and has become another incredibly successful part of what we’re building here in East Runton.

Between The White Horse and Harry’s Bar, we’ve invested heavily into the village — not only in the buildings themselves, but in jobs, entertainment, events and bringing more people into East Runton throughout the year.

There have certainly been a few challenges along the way 😂, but seeing these pictures side by side makes you realise just how far we’ve come.

None of it would be possible without our fantastic team, our loyal customers, local residents, suppliers and everyone who has supported us from day one.

We’re incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved in just 24 months — and we’re certainly not finished yet.
