I don’t usually share much of my personal life on here, but this weekend has been one that’s too special not to.
My wonderful parents celebrated their Golden Wedding Anniversary – 50 years of marriage, love, laughter and memories. It was such a privilege to make their celebration cake and to spend the weekend surrounded by family and friends.
I’ve included a few personal photos from the celebrations alongside the cake because this milestone deserves to be celebrated. Fifty years is an incredible achievement!
Happy Golden Wedding Anniversary, Mum & Dad. Thank you for showing us what love, commitment and family really mean. Here’s to many more happy memories together. ❤️✨

It’s been a busy couple of weeks here! 💛
Between our outside catering events at gowerevents, baking for Station 86, creating lots of birthday cakes, and getting everything ready for the opening of our new café, emilysbreakfastlunchcoffee, we’ve certainly been keeping ourselves busy! ☕🎂✨

We were asked to create a banana bread cake/loaf for a birthday celebration, with one simple request: nothing fancy! 🍌🎂

But if you know us, you know we couldn't just make a banana loaf cake... 😅

So we created this beauty instead! ✨

Three layers of moist homemade banana bread, filled and frosted with silky cream cheese frosting, finished with a sprinkle of colour for a fun birthday touch.

Simple? Maybe.Delicious? Absolutely. 💛

Many of you have supported Bwyta Fach from the very beginning, whether you've ordered celebration cakes, traybakes or sweet treats, I'm so grateful for every single order.

I'm excited to share that I'm branching out and opening Emily's at Crofty Industrial Estate! ☕🥪🥔

The best part? You'll now be able to enjoy Bwyta Fach cakes without having to pre-order. Alongside breakfast rolls, toasties, jacket potatoes, salad boxes and great coffee, there'll be a selection of homemade cakes available every day.

This has been a long time in the making and I can't wait to welcome both familiar faces and new customers through the hatch.
