Thank you so much to everyone who came to our launch evening Saturday.

From family and friends to suppliers and locals, we were blown away by the turnout of support.

It’s been many months in the making and it was so special to see it all come together.

A quick update ahead of our opening weekend.

Whilst we put the finishing touches to our bar, we'll be serving a selection of bottled and canned beers and ciders rather than draught. We're taking a little extra time to find the right supplier and ensure we can offer the quality we want from our draught range.

We'll still have plenty of wines to choose from, along with our full range of soft drinks.

We're delighted to announce that The Vine Tree will officially open it’s doors this Friday.

Join us from 5pm to be one of our very first guests - with plenty of pizza, drinks and snacks to be enjoyed in the sunshine.

Saturday night we'll be celebrating our official launch party. Enjoy a complimentary glass of sparkling wine on arrival as we raise a toast to this exciting new chapter.

Meet the Chef.

Curtis began his career at the prestigious Lucknam Park Hotel, working under the guidance of .j at his 1 Michelin-starred restaurant.

After two years, he sought a new challenge, first joining in Cardiff before moving to Henley-on-Thames to work once again alongside his former mentor, , whom he first met at Lucknam Park.

He then became Head Pastry Chef for , helping to open Restaurant 8 in Birmingham.

His next chapter took him to London, where he spent two years as the Pastry Chef at the 2 Michelin-starred Da Terra, working under and .

Curtis later reunited with Andrew Sheridan to help open the farm-to-table Restaurant Sow, leading the kitchen as Head Chef and cooking with produce harvested directly from its own kitchen garden.

Now, Curtis begins his biggest chapter yet: his first solo restaurant, bringing everything he’s learned over the past 12 years to The Vine Tree & Blodeuo. You won’t want to miss it.
