Celebrations all round finishing a fairly busy Friday service on surely the hottest day of the year, Jack seems to have gone all out with a bottle of Chianti there and why the heck not.

Hopefully, since it’s practically freezing today, our ice cream freezer will have perked up a bit - apologies for the lack of some flavours last night 🫨, the poor thing just couldn’t battle the heat anymore but with a bit of luck and a well positioned fan blasting away at its condenser, we’re hoping it’s revived itself for today. Updates on that exciting news item later.

There’s a reason sales of both of these suddenly shot up this evening..

Caprese salad with fresh tomatoes, torn mozzarella and basil

Amalfi - a pizza with sundried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, red onion, charred courgette ribbons, basil and spinach, finished with a drizzle of lemon oil

We smuggled an early AT in before the Father’s Day rush yesterday - and the lucky four were absolutely delighted with it - their highlight was the homemade maritozzi buns which were fresh from the oven.

Featuring: Wiltshire ham, Cheshire cheese produced locally in Malpas, purchased from the fabulous The Cheese Shop - Nantwich, English asparagus and English wholegrain mustard oil

Go full on local and pair your pizza with a chilled bottle of local beer, Bach95, produced down the road in Sandbach, gluten free (and low calorie)

This one could very well come home - if you order it to go and if Jack and Archie don’t get their hands on it first.

We’re fully booked at points through the day so if you are keen to get something booked with us it’s recommended to give us a call and arrange with us directly rather than the online diary.
