A few of our brilliant people are heading off to further education, which means we’ve got some spaces opening up.
We’re busy, we’ve got lots of changes happening behind the scenes, Christmas will be here in a few hours and so we’re looking for a few great people to come and give us a hand.

👨‍🍳 EXPERIENCED CHEF — FULL OR PART TIME
We’re looking for talent. Someone reliable, committed and genuinely passionate about food, with a love and understanding of Italian cooking.
You’ll be confident in a busy commercial kitchen, able to develop new dishes, maintain high standards and help teach and develop the junior chefs around you. We want someone creative, calm under pressure and capable of taking the lead when needed.
Very competitive pay.
Full or part time considered for the right person.
🍕 PIZZA CHEF — APPROX. 15–20 HOURS
Already know how to sling a pizza? Come and talk to us.
Alongside our pasta menu, we make our own Neapolitan-style pizzas from dough that we take very seriously. Made in-house, 24–48 hour fermentation, hand-balled daily and constantly nurtured like another member of staff.
It’s labour intensive but we wouldn’t do it any other way.
We’d love someone with pizza experience who understands that the dough is where it all starts.
🍸 BARTENDER — PART TIME
We’re about to launch a completely new cocktail menu and we’ve got big plans for a major overhaul of the Giovannis bar.
We’re looking for someone with cocktail/mixology experience who is confident behind a bar.
Personality matters. Presentation matters. And yes — you need to look the part behind the bar.
Approximately 2–4 shifts per week.
🫧 KITCHEN PORTER — 1–2 SHIFTS PER WEEK
Everyone starts somewhere — and this is actually a brilliant first job.
Wash the pots, keep the kitchen clean and organised, help the chefs, work hard and have a laugh while you’re doing it.
And if you’ve got a bit about you? We notice. There’s always an opportunity to learn, take on more responsibility and move up the ladder.
