Good evening.
Feels like we’re only posting on here to say that we’ll be closed again! As mentioned before, we’ll finish this week on Thursday and will reopen on Tuesday the 14th. We did make plans for this weekend long time ago but because of the weather we’d probably close anyway as these temperatures make being in the cafe and baking cakes almost impossible. It gets really hot in here !!

If you’ve got something nice planned for the weekend, picnic or a garden party, and would like something nice to share with your friends and family, we can do that for you. There are some examples of the cakes we make, perfect for occasion like that !

It was so busy today (thank you) but I managed to quickly bake a Persian Love Cake 💕 It’s s only a small one so you need to be quick if you want a piece :)
Do you celebrate Valentines Day or do you think it’s overrated ? I personally prefer evening on the sofa by the cosy fire than going to a restaurant :) But maybe it’s just me getting old and miserable 😁

We are being asked all the time if we bake cakes to order. Yes, we do ! Some of our bakes are perfect as a birthday cakes, not only they look great, they’re delicious too ! There are vegan options available. Have a look in the album “cakes available to order” and let us know if you’d like anything baked especially for you :)

Tomorrow (Saturday) will be our last working day before we take a little break for Christmas and New Year. We will be back open in the 6th of January.
Thank for all the cards and gifts we’ve received 🎄 And for another good year, all your support and love ! We’re very grateful and lucky for being able to do what we do !
