It’s time for our next , and today we’re heading front of house to introduce a familiar face who’s back with us for the summer!

Meet Emma, one of our brilliant seasonal front of house team members!

🧬 When she’s not keeping things running smoothly out on the floor, Emma is busy studying Biology at Cardiff University! She’s spent this past year working hard in a lab doing cancer research.

🇨🇭 Living a bit of a jet-setting life, Emma is British but was born in Switzerland and lived in France for 10 years!

📚 She’s also a total book lover and is currently making her way through Jane Austen’s complete bookshelf!

Make sure to pop in, give her a warm welcome back, and say hello next time you visit us! ☀️✨

🦁 Meet the Team Tuesday: Meet Emilia! 🦁

It’s time for our next , and today we’re heading into the kitchen to introduce one of the newest faces cooking up magic behind the scenes!

Meet Emilia, our new chef! She’s been with us for nearly two months now, dishing out delicious meals and bringing so much passion to the Old Red Lion team.

🥾 When she’s not keeping things running smoothly in the kitchen, Emilia loves getting outdoors for a good hike or relaxing at home with some gaming!

🐶 She’s also a total dog lover and spends plenty of her spare time hanging out with her lovely pup!

🍹 After a busy kitchen shift, her absolute go-to drink to unwind with is a refreshing Cherry Amaretto Sour.

🍫 Her favourite dishes to make are our delicious desserts - especially our mouthwatering Belgian chocolate brownie! (If you haven't tried one yet, you're missing out!)
