🍺 THE DRIFT JUST GOT EVEN BETTER... WE'VE GOT BEER ON TAP! 🍺

After lots of requests, we're excited to announce that draft beer is now available at The Drift!

The team stayed back after shift yesterday to give the new lines their official christening (purely for quality control purposes, of course 😅🍻), and we're pleased to report everything is pouring perfectly!

Draft beer will be available whenever our pizza cabin is open: 🍕 Thursday: 4pm–8pm
🍕 Friday: 12pm–8pm
🍕 Saturday: 12pm–8pm
🍕 Sunday: 12pm–5pm

So whether you're joining us for a wood-fired pizza, a catch-up with friends, or one of our summer events, you can now enjoy an ice-cold pint fresh from the tap too.

What a night! 🏍️🍕🍺

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Bike Night last night. The courtyard was packed, the pizzas were flying out, the beer was flowing and the atmosphere was absolutely brilliant from start to finish.

It's amazing to see so many people travelling from across the region to spend their evening with us, and we genuinely appreciate every single one of you who came along.
A massive thank you as well to Tommy Arch for stepping in at the last minute and absolutely smashing it. What a performance! 🎸👏

And of course, thank you to our incredible team who worked flat out all evening to keep everyone fed, watered and caffeinated.

The good news? We're doing it all again on Thursday 2nd July! 🔥

We're delighted to confirm that Hels Pattison will be joining us for the next Bike Night, bringing her incredible live music to The Drift after unfortunately missing this month's event.

We're kicking off from 5pm for another brilliant Bike Night at The Drift!

Expect:

Unfortunately, has had to pull out due to illness, but she's sorted us out with an outstanding replacement in Tommy and we can't wait for you to hear him play. Don't worry, Hels fans — she's already booked in for our next Bike Night on 2nd July!

The drizzle has cleared, the sun is starting to break through, and with plenty of indoor seating available, the weather isn't stopping us.

🚧 Car Park Update 🚧

The time has finally come — our car park is getting some much-needed repairs! It definitely needed doing 😅

As a result, our car park will be closed on Monday and Tuesday while the work is carried out.

We're still OPEN AS USUAL from 9am–4:30pm, serving up all your favourite homemade food, great coffee, cakes and treats.

There is still plenty of parking available, with the free public car parks directly opposite the café just a short walk away, so visiting us will be as easy as ever.

Thanks for bearing with us while we get things sorted. We'll let you know when the car park is ready for you!

What a bank holiday weekend! ☀️🍕⛱️

Massive thanks to everyone who came down, soaked up the sunshine and kept us busy all weekend long. The place was absolutely buzzing!

And a huge shoutout to our incredible team who worked flat out all bank holiday weekend and somehow kept up with the constant stream of orders. Absolutely unreal effort from everyone involved ❤️

If this weekend was anything to go by, summer’s going to be a good one. Roll on the sunshine!

The Drift is on the lookout for new team members to join our already amazing team — and it could be you!

We’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people who are interested in working in a fast-paced hospitality environment. A strong work ethic and a warm, welcoming attitude towards customers are a must.

We have potential full-time, part-time, and temporary summer positions available for the right candidates across the following roles:

• Front of House – This role is key to creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests while delivering excellent coffee and customer service every time. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a busy environment, and take pride in making great coffee.

• Prep Assistant / Kitchen Porter – We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable team member to support with daily food prep, assist the kitchen team, and help keep the kitchen clean, organised, and running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

• Cook – We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Baker (Beginner Welcome) – We’re on the lookout for someone interested in starting a career in baking and eager to learn and grow within our team. All our cakes are baked fresh here at the Drift and over the next few months we’re keen to showcase just how delicious they are!

Just a quick reminder that today, to celebrate the opening of our new pizza cabin we're offering free delivery by sidecar for one night and one night only!

From 16:00 - 20:00 today you can get your pizza delivered to your door by sidecar!

Here's how it works:

1. Call up to place your order - 07375400681

2. Confirm delivery address and preferred time.

3. Pay in advance over the phone for your pizza (free delivery).

4. Sit back and wait for your sidecar pizza delivery!

Very limited spaces available so order asap to secure your delivery slot. Delivery only for Cresswell, Ellington, Widrington and Lynemouth.
