Wow, what an incredible first day at Solihull Music Festival! We’ve been blown away by how busy it’s been, all the lovely positive reviews, and seeing so many new faces as well as returning customers on the same day….thank you so much for making us feel so welcome on our first time here!

This is how we do it:
Our brisket starts with premium 100% Halal beef, slowly braised for 8–10 whole hours in our own rich beef stock & bone broth, simmered with carrots, celery, herbs and our secret blend of house spices. Fall‑apart tender, deep in flavour, and made with proper care…. no shortcuts, just pure quality.

Hello everyone!!
B&M Brisket will be trading at the Solihull Music Festival from tomorrow through this weekend. Join us for our signature halal slow-cooked brisket, freshly prepared and served alongside a fantastic programme of live music and entertainment. Whether you’re visiting for the music, the atmosphere, or the food, we’d be delighted to welcome you to our stall.

📢 Update for Our Croydon Customers

Due to some unforeseen operational and security issues that we are currently working to resolve, B&M Brisket will be taking a temporary break from trading at Surrey Street Market. We would like to thank all of our loyal Croydon customers who have supported us throughout our journey. Your support means the world to us. We are actively reviewing our trading arrangements and hope to return to Croydon in the future once these matters have been resolved. In the meantime, B&M Brisket will continue serving at events, festivals, private catering functions, and our new locations. We will keep everyone updated through our social media channels.

What a successful weekend we had at Croydon North End last week. Thank you so much to everyone who came down, supported us, queued up, recommended us to friends, and kept us busy all weekend. We genuinely appreciate it.

We won’t be trading in Croydon this week and next week, and we sincerely apologise to our Croydon customers. We will hopefully be back very soon.

But Eastbourne customers… here we go again. From today until 31st May, we are back in Eastbourne serving the same menu as last time.

And perfect timing as well because the Eastbourne Carnival is happening on Saturday 23rd May, so it’s going to be a great one. Looking forward to seeing everyone again.

Final days in Canterbury….no second chances 🙂

The last two days have been non-stop. What’s even better…people are coming back again and again. We’re building something strong here.

Today will be busy. Very busy.
With the weather and the demand, we do not expect to last until 6PM.
