Have always loved being a caterer, but venturing into another type of catering has boosted my passion even more. I literally find this fun 🥲 this afternoon tea board, I was up until 10 getting it ready for yesterdays customer but I really enjoyed getting this one put together ❤️

***DELUXE AFTERNOON TEA***

Literally in love with this afternoon tea board 😍 this board was made for a couple having cousins over for afternoon tea. They wanted a true show stopper and that's where I came in 😎

Featured on the board is;
- 12 scones (plain and fruit)
- Sandwiches (Ham & mustard, Tuna & cucumber, Cheese & Pickle)
- Homemade mini Victoria sponges X 4
- Hand crafted brownies X 4
- Fruit medley of figs, blackberries, blueberries, strawberries and raspberries
- Macaroons X 12
- Hand crafted meringue topped with cream and fruit
- Cornish clotted cream
- Strawberry conserve

After two pregnancies 9 months apart, selling food from home through just eat and deciding to take time off as I was unable to juggle two under two :') I am back but my catering is going in a slightly different direction.

I have been and will be offering grazeboards (and Caribbean grazeboards will be on offer of course) available to order for a night in or to cater to an event.

These will need to be preordered in advance. I already have a party booked in for August and September and I cannot wait to show you the pictures of what I produce.

Of course you've all only seen me provide Caribbean food for all these years but I can reassure you, I can pretty much do anything I put my mind to! Take a look at some of the boards I've done for gatherings so far and let me know what you think! If you have a grazeboard or party coming up and want something specific, send me a DM 🙂

Hello all!

Our little babies look a little different compared to last time you would have seen them! Actually, you probably haven't even met our daughter, Giovanna who is now 7 months old.

On that note, I have now finished my maternity leave and ready to come back (kind of😭🤣).

I wanted to hear your thoughts... I am looking to come back but in a more manageable way because having two under two isn't easy! But I'd like to offer a rotating menu every week (old school Jamrock Grill customers will remember I offered a rotating menu weekly that would be delivered to you). I'm thinking of offering that again and wanted to hear everyone's thoughts?

In a nutshell it'll be 1 meat main (or veg option), rice, 1 side and a drink for £12 per head (incl delivery). For now, this will be on Saturday nights.

I really miss cooking, it gave me purpose! So let me know what you all think in the comments below 💓

It's getting to that time of my pregnancy where I'm physically beginning to struggle. Between prep work and my little boy, I'm feeling extremely exhausted so I have taken the decision to begin my maternity leave early. For the sake of my physical and mental health, I have decided this evening will be my last evening until further notice. You will be able to have delivery with me via Justeat and once tonight's food is sold, it's sold.

I will be offering 20% off my sauces and seasonings though so that you can enjoy authentic Caribbean food at home whilst I'm off. If you'd like to make an order, please DM me 😊🌴
