I’ve recently updated my Terms & Conditions to make sure everything is clear, fair and easy to understand for both you and me when placing an order.

They cover:

🤍 Cake designs, colours & personalised details
🤍 Allergies and dietary requirements
🤍 Collection, delivery, cake care & responsibility after collection/delivery

🤍 Customer-supplied items and non-edible decorations
🤍 Photography, social media and your statutory rights
🤍 Other important information relating to your booking

The T&Cs are simply there to make sure we both know what to expect, helping to avoid misunderstandings and keeping all the important details clear from the beginning.

You’ll receive access to the relevant T&Cs before your booking is confirmed and payment is made. By placing your order and making the required booking payment, you confirm that you’ve had the opportunity to read and understand them.
