I baked this golden beauty for a recent family celebration. It was packed with sweet honey layers, fresh whipped cream, and plenty of berries on top. Nothing better than baking for the people you love! 💛

A classic flavour for a very special birthday! 🎂

This carrot and walnut cake was made to celebrate one of my very good customers’ 50th birthday, with a simple, elegant design to mark the occasion. 🎈

Wedding season is certainly in full swing and this was my 3rd wedding cake in July that I had the privilege to be a part of! 💜

Abigail and Joseph’s dream cake consisted of two tiers, one lemon curd and one chocolate and olive oil, decorated with delicate buttercream flowers in shades of lilac, cream and green, with matching cupcakes to complete the table. I really enjoyed creating all the different flowers and seeing how they came together across the cake and cupcakes!

I feel very lucky to be able to play a small part in so many special celebrations and this one was no exception. 💒

A wedding cake with a little something for everyone! 🤍

I loved making this two-tiered cake for Daisy and Max’s wedding recently, finished with simple cream buttercream and Gypsophila. The two different flavours of sponges were two of my absolute favourites, white chocolate and raspberry and red velvet! This two-tier beauty was then finished with some fresh flowers and then accompanied by chocolate and lemon cupcakes, giving guests a choice between something rich and indulgent or light and zesty.

Congratulations again to this lovely couple! It was a pleasure to be a part of your special day. ✨

I’m always up for a challenge and I was excited to receive an order recently for something I’d never tackled before: A batch of slider buns for a BBQ! 🍔

These were made from scratch and finished with sesame seeds before being baked until golden and glossy. There’s something very satisfying about making a big batch of bread, especially when they all come out of the oven looking like this! 😋

I’m taking a summer break this week and will be back in the kitchen on Monday 10th August. I won’t be able to complete any orders while I’m away, and replies to emails and messages may be a little slower than usual.

Love is sweet... and so is cake. 🎂

I had the honour of creating this selection of cakes for a beautiful wedding celebration. It was a tall order, with five different flavours on display: my signature chocolate and olive oil, red velvet, zesty orange, passion fruit curd, and a classic Victoria sponge.
