Dear Valued Customers,

We wanted to take a moment to inform you about our upcoming summer holiday and extend our heartfelt apologies for any inconvenience it may cause.

From Monday 24th July to 3rd August, we will be taking a short break to recharge and spend quality time with our loved ones. During this period, our shop will remain closed, and we will be unable to process any orders or respond to inquiries.

Rest assured, we will resume our regular operations on Friday 4th August with renewed energy and enthusiasm.

First of all I would like to thank my wife Gülcan, colleagues, loyal customers, Crawley MP Henry Smith and organisers of TURTA.

Me and my wife started Istanbul grill 12 years ago we went trough a lot of hardship in the beginning but we never gave up.

We have always been looking for ways to create a better kebab shop for our community.

We never called ourselves as the best
but when other called us

“you are the best “

we so humbled and took more pride at what we doing and we are so happy this journey takes us here today.

I think, these awards means a lot for a hard working small business owners for recognition and definitely motives us to get better, at what we do in the future.

Once upon a time, in Netherlands 🇳🇱 an hairdresser was ordering this dish from her local kebab shop almost everyday . Her favourite kebab was doner on fries with melted cheese, sauce and salad. One day the kebab shop owner decided to put this kebab on his menu then it became so popular. Now, in Netherlands so many kebab shops sells this dish.

By the way, Kapsalon means hairdresser in Dutch. And this dish named after that….

We decided to replicate this combination as the special of this month.

This is a different style of Doner kebab 🥙 than we are used to eat in the UK which served in special Turkish bread with chicken or lamb doner,
vegatables, sauces, salad, feta cheese
and lemon.

This Doner is called Gemüse Döner in Germany. Anytime of the day there is always a long queue for it.

Good news is you don’t need to go Germany for it. And you can enjoy comfort of your home 🏠
