You’ve all been asking for it and it’s back and even better. We’ve made a sweet sticky chilli jam with chorizo sausage. It’s a toasted brioche with peppered cream cheese smashed beef patty, American cheese and topped with the lovely chorizo chilli jam. It’s simple but full of flavour let us introduce El Ca**on the 2nd. This burger will be released on Friday

AND JUST LIKE THAT, JULY IS COMING TO AN END.
Last week was a massive one and every single one of you that came out and ate with us made it that way. The turnout was incredible and we are not taking that for granted. Right, let’s do it again.
This week is stacked and we have some amazing specials on the menu right now plus a returning fan favourite making its comeback at Crawley — The Blue is back. Smashed beef, caramelised onions, blue cheese, red onion jam, crispy onions, mayo. You already know.

The holiday was great, not gonna lie, but we’ve missed you and we are ready. Two brand new specials hitting the menu this week alongside your favourites — here’s what’s coming.
NEW — You Choose. Smashed beef patty, house burger sauce, melted American cheese, southern fried chicken, choose your sauce. Beef or chicken was never the question. Now you don’t have to pick.

TONIGHT TUESDAY 7TH — Rose & Crown, Cuckfield from 5pm. Come and see us off properly.

THURSDAY 8TH — Brolly Brewing, Horsham from 4.30pm.

FRIDAY 9TH — Brolly Brewing, Horsham from 4.30pm.

SATURDAY 10TH — Brolly Brewing, Horsham from 4.30pm.

Then we’re off the road until Wednesday 22nd July back at Brolly, with Crawley reopening on Thursday 24th July.

WE SURVIVED THE HEATWAVE
Last week was touch and go, not gonna lie, your resident burger flippers were basically melting into the truck. Madge off Benidorm had nothing on us. We’re back, we’re (slightly) less sunburnt, and we’ve got a stacked week ahead — plus a new menu special to ease you back in gently.

NEW ON THE MENU — The Truffle Shuffle. Aged smashed beef, melted Monterey Jack, portobello mushroom, truffle mayo, crispy onions, red onion jam, toasted buttered brioche. One of our best-selling specials last year is back, and we’re not sorry.

MONDAY — Rose & Crown, Cuckfield, from 5pm. We’ve missed you, Cuckfield, let’s catch up.
WEDNESDAY — Horsham, and it’s all about England! Kicks off at 5pm — burgers, beers, and let’s bring it home.
THURSDAY — Back at Brolly with Run Club, from 4.30pm. Earn your burger first, then eat it.
FRIDAY & SATURDAY — Doors open at Crawley from 4.30pm.
SATURDAY — Missing Link Brewing, 12pm till 8pm. Note: a private party has taken over the taproom, so all food will be served out on the field from 5pm.
SUNDAY — Missing Link Brewing. Join us in the field for tranquility, peace, beers and burgers (in that order, mostly the last two).

Missing Link and Lakedown this past week were two of our busiest sessions yet — and we mean that. Genuinely overwhelmed by the turnout.
We know some of you waited longer than usual. Every burger is cooked fresh from the moment you order — nothing pre-made, nothing sat under a heat lamp — and our griddle can only handle so much at once. That’s the trade-off for fresh food done properly.
Thank you for your patience. We see it, we appreciate it, and we’re working on it.

Well here it is the week ahead for you. Tuesday Rose and Crown Cuckfield from 5, Wednesday Thursday and Friday it’s a triple bill at Brolly and we have some amazing specials each day for you. Keep posted for more. Friday and Saturday at Crawley and we can’t believe how much love you have shown we truly can’t thank you all enough. 44 degrees. Inside a burger truck. All week.

We are not complaining — but we are absolutely glad that one is behind us.

Honestly, the team were incredible. Cooking in those conditions, keeping the quality up, keeping the smiles on — that is not easy and it does not go unnoticed. Massive thank you to every single one of them. You lot are the business.

The patties were flying. The week was huge. And now we go again.

This week’s lineup:

Tuesday — The Rose & Crown, Cuckfield. James is your host as always. One of our favourite stops on the circuit and it always delivers.

Wednesday & Thursday — Brolly Brewing, Horsham. Back where the midweek crowd knows what’s good.

Friday — I’ll personally be joining the crew at Crawley from 16:00. Come say hello.

Saturday — Missing Link Brewing. Where it all started. 12:00 till 17:00. Always special pulling up here.

Sunday — Something a little different to finish the week. East Court Live in East Grinstead — live music, outdoor vibes, from 12:00. Bring the whole family. This one is going to be a good one.

The Mac Daddy..Remember when Saturday meant one thing — piling into the back seat, no seatbelt, windows down, pulling into that car park and knowing exactly what you were getting. The smell hit before the doors even opened. Two patties, that sauce, the crunch of a gherkin — it wasn’t just food, it was a ritual. We grew up on it. We just made it better. We’ve made the sauce from the 90s and we are bringing back full nostalgia. It starts Wednesday and will hitting all sites.
