🫐 Pick Your Own Blueberries are coming soon! 🫐

Our famous Taywell blueberry fields will soon be bursting with delicious, juicy blueberries, ready for you to pick straight from the bush.

Keep an eye out for our roadside signs and watch our social media for the official opening date. Until then, you can still enjoy our freshly picked, flavour-packed blueberries, available every day in the farm shop.

🎃 Pumpkin Planting at Taywell Farm 🎃

Whilst some farms are embracing robotic planting, today we took a more traditional approach at Taywell Farm.

I teamed up with Head Gardener, Nick, from the smallholding to get this year’s pumpkin crop in the ground the old-fashioned way. Every seed was planted by hand while riding on the back of a vintage Accord seed planter. Thanks to Bert for skilfully driving the tractor 👏

A great reminder of how farming was done for generations before modern technology took over. Hard work, plenty of skill, and a good dose of nostalgia!

Who remembers the days when health and safety wasn’t quite so strict? 😂
