Office administrator:

Key Responsibilities:

Liaising with customer enquiries in person, by telephone or via email
Processing invoices and purchase invoices through Sage with accuracy
Taking payments
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Processing payroll
General office administration
Handling any customer/supplier queries
Supporting with any HR issues

Hours: Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–3:00pm | Friday: 8:30am–12:00pm

Ideal candidate would have previous Sage experience (must) and payroll. Strong customer service/office skills with a good attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Have a polite, professional, friendly manner.
