We need your help....

We're expanding our fundraising opportunities through Run for Charity, which means more people than ever will be able to support MSRRF while taking on an incredible challenge but we need your help to choose some featured events. (They have events all over the UK).

📍 Where do you live?
🏃 Would you rather run, walk, cycle, swim or hike?
⛰️ Do you prefer mud, mountains, city streets or obstacle courses?
🎽 Are you looking for a challenge close to home, or would you travel?

From 5Ks and marathons to cycling events, hikes and everything in between, we're keen to offer something for everyone. (they also have super cool theme park runs, obstacle courses and other adrenaline fuelled events)

Drop your ideas in the comments (even better if you have family and friends that might be interested who are around the UK).

🎟️ No pre booking required, cash and card is accepted on the gate

£2.50 per person for over 12’s and £1 per stem if you wish to take any sunflowers home with you 🌻
