We are very disappointed to report that two bathroom windows have been smashed at the back of the shop. This has happened between Saturday evening and this morning. We are a small business and apart from being upsetting, it also costs us financially. The reckless and frankly dangerous behavior on our streets is out of control! When will something be done?

Our Margaret has been a wonderful pillar off our community friendly fun and loves a good wee natter,
Multiple fundraisers throughout the years , parties , even santa clause at Christmas 🎄
Not forgetting the smell of your toast in the mornings 😉

Many of you will have seen that the winner of the Blue Brazil Lottery was announced, however, we wanted to share the story behind the winning ticket.

The winning ticket actually belonged to our beloved Linda Jones. Sadly, Linda passed away before the draw took place and before she knew she had won the incredible prize of £6,800.

Although she wasn’t here to celebrate the win herself, we know exactly what she would have wanted. In keeping with her generous and caring nature, the winnings have been shared amongst her family and her best friend, just as we believe Linda would have wished.

While we would give anything to have her back instead, this feels like one final gift from Linda reminder of her kindness, love, and the way she always put others first.

We miss her every day and hope she’d be smiling knowing that her win has brought a little comfort and happiness to the people she loved most.

Forever loved, forever missed. ❤️
