⭐️ We’re Hiring – Experienced Customer service Assistant (Cowbridge) ⭐️

We’re looking for an experienced, friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Farnhams Fish & Chips, Cowbridge.

Daytime availability is essential. We’re looking for someone who can work between 10:00am and 2:00pm, with flexibility throughout the week.

Ideally, you’ll be available for:
• 2–3 weekday morning/daytime shifts
• 1–2 evening shifts each week

We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has at least 3 years’ customer service experience
✅ Has a bubbly, outgoing personality
✅ Is reliable, hardworking and enjoys working as part of a team
✅ Can stay calm and provide excellent customer service in a busy environment
✅ Is flexible and willing to cover shifts when needed

This role would suit someone with a bit more experience who enjoys interacting with customers and takes pride in delivering great service.

We’re looking for someone creative and enthusiastic to help manage the social media for our four award-winning fish & chip shops.

What you’ll be doing:

• Creating daily TikTok videos
• Posting regularly on Facebook and Instagram
• Taking photos and videos of our food, staff and shops
• Planning engaging content and promotions
• Keeping our social media fresh, fun and up to date
• Helping grow our online audience

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Loves social media
✔ Is confident filming and editing videos
✔ Has creative ideas
✔ Is reliable and organised
✔ Can travel between our four shops
✔ Has experience with TikTok, Facebook and Instagram (preferred but not essential)
